CNAs, HHAs, CMTs, Caregivers Wanted

Kandydina, Inc. (R 3141) located in Fort Washington, MD is seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs and Caregivers to work in PG, Charles and Montgomery counties. The CNAs, HHAs, and Caregivers are responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned clients in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the agency’s established nursing care policies and procedures. The CNAs, HHAs, and Caregivers reports to the Director of Nursing (DON); unless otherwise assigned under the supervision of another RN as his/her Nursing Supervisor.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Providing non-skilled nursing assistance to individual client under his/her assigned care;
  • Providing quality care and generating a warm and friendly atmosphere for client;
  • Maintaining accurate, updated and current documentation and other duties that may be assigned by the nursing supervisor;
  • Performing personal care activities, including: bathing, shampooing, skin care/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing and other duties as needed and assigned;
  • Performing household services essential to health care and safety in the home, including but not limited to: meal preparation/feeding, laundry and light housekeeping;
  • Reporting any observed changes in the client’s condition to the Registered Nurse;
  • Completing all agency required documentation and reports and submitting in accordance with agency policy;
  • Following safe practices in the use of equipment, and notifying agency DON when encounter unfamiliar process or equipment;
  • in addition to the following, the CMT will administer medications to clients as per physician’s order and recording it accurately in the MAR ;
  • Participating in staff and team meetings, as requested;
  • Participating in required in-service programs to meet compliance requirement; and
  • Performing other related duties and responsibilities assigned.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Must be certified in the State of Maryland
  • Must have current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a supervised setting, preferably in a health care facility
  • Possess the ability to read, write, and follow a written plan of care
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a current driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
RN (PRN) Wanted for Assessments and Supervisions

Kandydina, Inc. (R 3141) located in Fort Washington, MD is seeking the services of an RN to conduct participant assessments in Prince George, Charles and Montgomery counties. The RN is responsible for conducting routine assessments to assigned clients in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the agency’s established nursing care policies and procedures.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assessing /monitoring clients and caregivers;
  • Developing, and reviewing caregivers support plan;
  • Providing information and training to caregivers
  • Reporting any observed changes in the client’s condition to the DON;
  • Completing all agency required documentation and reports and submit in accordance with agency policy;
  • Participating in staff and team meetings, as requested; and
  • Performing other related duties and responsibilities assigned.

Qualification and Requirements:
